Explaination of Yokai

Hi guys!

Something I wanted to explain, but forgot.

Those who know me probably have no idea of where the name "Yokai" came from.

The profile picture is the key.

The picture is of my favorite animae/manga character: Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru is the older brother of Inu Yasha and half demon in the Feudal Era of Japan. Sesshomaru is an indifferent dog demon whose only agenda is to gain supreme power. He is very callus and usually does nothing to help anyone. He is accompanied in his travels by Jaken, his faithful ( and self proclaimed ) indebted henchman and Rin, a young girl who attempted to nurse Sesshomaru back to health after Inu Yasha removed Sesshomaru's left arm during a battle for the Tetsaiga (a sword said to be able to slay 100 demons in a single swing).

The dog demons were said to be the strongest/ most powerful demons in Japan at one time. Sesshomaru lives up to his heritage.

Yokai or Youkai is the romanji for the Japanese word Demon. A full demon. I originally chose the name Yokai Kifujin which is a rough translation of Japanese "Demon Woman," but I decided to shorten it, plus, my Japanese sucks. I have been trying to learn it for 2 years. A couple of months ago, I invested in a couple of books and Cd's. Still no luck. Trust me my friends. I will learn it. I will retire in Japan.

So, that is all I wanted to say. Sorry I had to do this in another session. My Bad.

Rant to ya soon,

Yokai

Fuggin A dude. I love the mayhem behind your madness. So interesting and introspective. And I'm right there with ya on the Japan thing. We should all be a little more like Yokai Kim.
